Where We Pick Up: NYC Neighborhoods We Serve
We currently offer complimentary door-to-door pick-up and drop-off in all of Manhattan and select neighborhoods in Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Greenpoint, DUMBO, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope). Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service zones or outside our regular Monday and Thursday routes.

How to Book Our Dog Pick-Up and Drop-Off Service
No need to worry about booking transportation — we’ve got it covered!
If your dog is arriving or departing on a Monday or Thursday, you’ll receive your pick-up or drop-off window a few days in advance. Transportation is automatically included at no additional cost on our standard Manhattan routes for those days.
Pick-ups or drop-offs in Brooklyn, Westchester, or Connecticut include a small add-on fee.
We’ll confirm your timing, pick-up contact, and address before the trip.
