Once completed, please follow the New Camper Registration link (below) to input your pup’s information. You’ll be able to provide all of your contact info, fill out a detailed questionnaire about your pup, upload a photo and vet records, and even let us know about feeding and medications.
All pups will need a Trial Visit to confirm camp will be a good fit for their needs!
What is a Trial Visit?
A trial visit is required for all new campers! This is so we can get to know them, their play style, any personality quirks and to give them time to settle in and get to know our passionate team and camp routines at their own pace and so that when you do travel, you will have peace of mind knowing your pup is happy in our care. Trial Visits are set up during Off-Peak times, so we can get a feel for your pup’s preferences to see if camp is a good fit for them. Your pup’s comfort is our number one priority.
Once we receive the Trial Visit reservation request, we will review the completed package, as well as our availability, and confirm your doggy’s booking. Remember to make sure you entered your requested reservation dates and added any special services!
**Please note: If you are hoping to secure a major holiday spot for a New Camper: In general, we have a policy of saving Holiday or High Peak spots for pups who are with us 60+ days during non-holiday times of the year as a loyalty reward, and the remaining requests get put on a waitlist. Before being put on a waitlist, we are requiring that all new campers come up for a successful trial visit before our peak holiday season so that we get to know their personality and quirks and also to know that they are able to settle in and relax with us. You can send them up to correspond with any of our complimentary transportation days (Monday and Thursdays).
