Michelle is a full-time dog handler and handles all things creative/tech-y at FFA. In addition to creating this website and setting up Gingr, she's designed the patches, bandannas, and anything funky your dog may come home with. Before working at Far Fetched Acres, Michelle lived in Los Angeles working as a freelance filmmaker for Food Network, GloZell, and SoulPancake, to name a few. She also taught children how to ski at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort for 6 seasons.

Although she loves dogs and struggles to remember to greet humans on the street before their dogs, they come second to her near-obsession with birds. Michelle has rescued parrots for over 12 years and dreams of parenting both a peacock and a blue and gold macaw someday.

Michelle runs The Barefoot Aya, a natural health blog, and has recently learned how to ski telemark. She lives in the woods with Boots (East German Shepherd) and Jasmine (Grey Cockatiel). On her days off, you can find her hiking, skiing backcountry with Boots, tending to her pet beehive, or working on her upcoming documentary, 'Floxed.'
